Burden, Hafner & Hansen, LLC is seeking a full-time associate attorney to join its civil defense litigation team. The candidate must be admitted to the New York State Bar and possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation. Experience in the areas of transportation law, labor law, product liability and premises liability are preferred. Candidates with other experience are encouraged to apply.
