Associate Attorney
Burden & Hansen, LLC is seeking a full-time associate attorney to join its civil defense litigation team. The candidate must be admitted to the New York State Bar and possess a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation, including at least 2 years of insurance defense experience. Experience in the areas of transportation law, labor law, product liability and premises liability are preferred. Applicants should be ambitious, hardworking, have excellent research and writing skills and strong communication skills. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
