Wendy E. Morcio is “of counsel” to the law firm of Burden & Hansen, LLC.  Ms. Morcio is an experienced trial lawyer, having spent over twenty-five years as an Assistant Attorney General at the New York State Attorney General Office.  While there, she represented the State, and it’s agencies, and officers in all phases of the litigation. In addition, she served as defense counsel for the City of Buffalo Corporation Counsel as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for almost ten years, specializing in defense litigation. She is familiar with all aspects of state and federal litigation and very experienced in areas including personal injury litigation, wrongful death actions, civil rights, constitutional law, employment law, sexual harassment, highway engineering design, premise liability, automobile liability, medical malpractice, Child Victims Act, and Article 78 hearings.
