Marc S. Gromis is an associate with the law firm of Burden, Hafner & Hansen, LLC.  Mr. Gromis is an experienced trial attorney, having spent fifteen years with the United States Department of Justice as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Western District Court of New York.   He is also a former law clerk to District Court Judge John T. Elfvin.  As such, Mr. Gromis has significant experience trying cases in the federal district court, in addition to litigation in New York State.  Mr. Gromis is also licensed to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania.    He has taught as an adjunct professor at both the University at Buffalo School of Law and Canisius College.
