Alan Bedenko is a trial attorney who defends people, businesses, and municipal entities being sued in the state and federal courts throughout New York. He has regularly handled the defense of cases involving automobile liability, premises liability, toxic torts, nursing home negligence, employment law, labor law, products liability, and municipal law/government liability. He has almost 20 years’ experience defending personal injury claims.

Mr. Bedenko started his career in Boston, Massachusetts, representing working people throughout eastern Massachusetts in all manner of civil and criminal litigation, eventually opening up a solo practice in Boston specializing in housing and eviction litigation. He pioneered the use of legal internet marketing while in Boston, naming his firm for its web URL. He subsequently moved to Western New York with his family, where he has continued to grow his practice as a skilled litigator, while remaining active in many civic groups in the Buffalo area.
